PRESIDENT'S GREETING FOR FEBRUARY 2012
Hopefully you've had a chance by now to swing by Carroll University to see our umpteenth annual Drawing,Printmaking and Photography exhibit. Carroll U. has a long-standing relationship with MATA, and we appreciate their continued support of the work we do. Those of you at the reception last month know that Eddee Daniel, Jeanne Raccoli-Baas, Phil Krejcarek, Virgi Driscoll (and I) all won awards as chosen by our juror, Barb Reinhart, Art professor at UW-Waukesha. DRAWING, PRINTMAKING AND PHOTOGRAPHY:
Exhibit continues through February 9th. Participants please plan to pick up your work on Saturday, February 11 between 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Carroll University. Click this for more details about the exhibit.

Life Membership Nominations Now Open
MATA honors some of its members by bestowing LIFE MEMBER status upon them. Life membership is given when a member has fulfilled the following criteria.
1. been a member for 10 or more years
2. served on the MATA Board or made some other significant contribution to the organization (financial or volunteered time)
3. has retired from active full time teaching
